Project Pegasus is currently in the formal comment period on the project. Verbal and written comments from the public regarding this project are requested. Comments may be presented either at the Public Hearing scheduled for Tuesday, February 22, 2005, at 6:30 pm at the Crowne Plaza Market Center, 7050 N. Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75247 or submitted in writing after the Public Hearing. Written statements and other exhibits may be mailed to Timothy M. Nesbitt, P.E., Project Manager at: TxDOT, P.O. Box 133067, Dallas, Texas 75313-3067. Comments must be received no later than 10 days following the Public Hearing in order to be included in the Public Hearing record. The hand-delivery or post-marked deadline for comment submittal is March 4, 2005.
